Business + Leadership Coach. What NOT to ask on your intake form. An Intake Form Review.

This week’s review is a GREAT example of what NOT to do.

If you’re new around here, I take and keep anonymous screenshots of service providers’ intake form questions so I can teach you what to do and not do.

You might catch yourself thinking that this review is all STOP, don’t do this and you are right.

I need to show you what the rules are before we can attempt to break them.

Because in the online space, you’ll see a million copycat questions and most of them are going after the same kinds of answers.

But rest assured, you do not need to use investment questions to qualify a lead.

Revenue questions are not the only way to qualify a lead.

If you have more leads than you have time and you want a customized intake form for your business, you’ll want to check out my offer called, Seamless Sales.
